Bob Dysart

Plant Manager

Coming from New Zealand to Darwin in 1980 Bob worked for a major competitor for twenty-six years before he began sub-contracting for HB in 2006 when he bought a new eight wheeler Mack truck in HB colours. After numerous projects for HB, the last being the Darwin River Dam in 2011, Bob then joined the HB team as our mobile concrete plant manager.

In this role Bob oversaw projects all across the Territory, from bridges on the Gove Road and the Western Australian border, to major bridges on the Stuart Highway. He set up another plant at the new prison project at Howard Springs and when completed in 2013 was offered the job of Production Manager at the Darwin Plant, a role which also includes the Palmerston Plant.

Bob takes great care of and great pride in his product: there is no doubt, it is an excellent product.
